Clark Neily, senior vice president for legal studies at the Cato Institute, joins National Constitution Center President and CEO Jeffrey Rosen live at the National Constitution Center for a discussion on the Fourth Amendment, examining its text, history, and interpretation. We’ll describe key terms and ideas (like searches, seizures, and privacy), and define some of the key debates about where the Fourth Amendment is headed in an age of new technology. Neily will also discuss his career as an attorney and author, as well as answer questions from in-person and online audiences.
*Session is for learners of all ages.
